I pretty much do 1500-1600 a day but sometimes more or less depending on my workouts.0

I'm around 1700 calories daily... some days more, today was a 2100 day0
-
My current goal is 1600 net. I'll usually eat around 2600-3000 a day and work off the rest. I like my exercise bike
. I'm on it right now

I first started on 1200 calories a day and was very harsh on myself. Then I started "slipping" and was eating 1400-1500 a day and I was still losing weight, but feeling better for it. Now I have my calorie limit at 1700-1800 a day which is the highest I can eat to still lose weight, but I try to stay under that at 1400-1600 a day now, and progressing nicely.0

I am near 1600 calories set per day via MFP although try to get between 1400-1500 on a good day. I do gentle or small exercising at moment due to my chronic pain condition but I am building up my strength to hopefully do more in time.
I have set mini goals for myself and at the moment my ticker is for me to get down to 15stones (210lbs) and then I will reassess and set a new goal. I have recently started back here and have a long way to go but feel free to add me, anyone on this post.
Good luck all. xx0 -
My target is 1520 and it works for me0

I am set to 1620. Add me if you like :-)0

I have given myself a target of 1400 calories. Feel free to add me.0

mfp set mine at 1200 but i customised to 1500 for now. i will lose too much muscle on 1200.0

I eat around 1450~1500 calories. This is the amount I finalized using the tdee method so I don't eat back exercise calories. I should net between 1300 to 1350 calories at the end of the day. The amount is sufficient for me because I am small-sized and I'm not very active.
Feel free to add me0 -
My daily goal is 1560 but I usually end up around 1400(ish) net after exercise (I try to only eat back 50-75%).0

Hi
I was just wondering if anyone else on here is aiming for 1400-1600 calories a day. I would like to make more friends with people who are on similar calorie counts as me. I am at this point because when I started I was on 1800 calories now I am losing weight and not trying to starve myself. 1200-1300 calories is not enough during the day for me. I have 93 lbs left to lose.
I try to stay under 1500 calories a day and I am focusing on a low carb diet! I tend to end up around 1200-1400 calories a day since veggies do not have a ton of calories in them.0 -
I cycle my calories and do anywhere from 1500 - 2200 depending on the day.
Feel free to add if you think I can help in any way!0 -
I'm still trying to figure it out. The app says I should be on 1280 per day but I am so hungry...even at 1550 or 1580 I was having a bit of a tough time. I am not losing 1 pound per week....it's either nothing , or suddenly it's 4 pounds.0
-
I am aiming for 1400 even though MFP recommends 1200 for me. 1200 is impossible!!0
-
I eat 1400-1500 daily!0

This girl!!! I aim for around 1590 not sure why that number it just seems to be my magic number. I used to be on 1800 and I had a tough time hitting that with exercising. This seems more realistic for me. 1200 - 1300 are not possible for me I would be hungry and in return I would be cranky and my husband and kids would probably leave me if that was the case
I still have a lot of weight to lose so I will be at this for awhile.

I am. My goal is 1450 p/d as I'm looking to shed 1.5lbs p/w. So far, I've been doing my exercise and diet for 2 weeks now and I'm 2lbs down, maybe a bit more. I don't usually consume my goal calories due to the exercise I do now, but I'm not going to eat if I'm not hungry. Hopefully in 5 weeks I'll be a stone lighter0

I am set for 1500 a day but eat more than that as I exercise a lot. Feel free to add me if you like.0

1458 is my targeted intake. If I want to eat more than that I need to exercise to earn the calories. I make it a rule to exercise first and then enjoy the calories I've earned. By the way,I can't see the topics/replies on my browser. Any ideas?0

MFP has mine set at 1600, only because it changed it to lose 1 lb/week if I do 2/week then it changes it to 1200. I recently changed it to 1600 and it seems to help me lose a little better.0
-
My goal is 1620 a day but I'm on a meal plan that is only 1300-1400 a day. I normally net 1350 and always eat back at least half of my exercise calories when I have them. Feel free to add me0
-
Guess there aren't many guys in this range. I net 1600 a day.0
-
I set mine to 1500.....don't eat back any exercise calories.....only log 1 calorie burns on mfp.....I try to eat 1500 whether I exercise or not....0
-
I am trying this as we speak. Now if I can just get to the gym after work today.0
-
MFP had me set up to 1260 cals, but I found this far too low, I've changed it to 1460 cals and I eat back most of my burnt calories.
Feel free to add me, Im active on her Mon - Fri, but lapse a bit on the weekends.0 -
Mine is now at 1560 but I'm thinking of lowering it maybe a little more in order to lose the weight as I'm presently hitting a wall with my scale ! LOL
Anyone don't hesitate to add me ... the more the merrier !0 -
My MFP goal is 1400 now, (was 1450) I net less than that after exercise , but I eat closer to 2000-2100 most days thanks to eating some exercise calories
I couldn't eat at the lower number with the exercise i do I'd end up binging0 -
My average intake for the past few months has been between 1400-1600. I'm not losing though, so I'm adding more exercise in, since I have a desk job I don't get to move around much. When I did exercise a lot, I was able to maintain my weight eating 1600.0

Thanks everyone for the support. Most of the people I know are on 1200-1300 that's too low for me.
I think its too low for everyone most days. this is why its crucial to exercise so that you can eat more without guilt. It is a good idea to eat close to your bmr0
