185 - 135!
You definitely remind me of Lily Allen!0 -
I have been at this for less than a month but can already see a difference. I have been walking 4-6 miles 5 days a weeks, doing 15 minutes of strength training 4 days a week and logging my calories and exercise. I don't have a lot to lose but would like to get fit, be healthy and more toned. So glad I found MFP...the process has been easier because of this site.0

40 pounds lost since September 2013.
The first picture is after I did the biking portion of my family's team triathlon (I was holding my bike over my head, lol) the second picture is after I completed my 6th 5K race n 6 months. My first 5k was over 43 minutes and this last one was just over 37 minutes. Slowly but surely I'm getting faster.0 -
Wellp, this is my first post on the forum. What do you guys think? Left is 7 months ago, right is a week or so ago.0 -

I only had to lose 8 lbs. I am going to post pics of getting more strength as I weight train. You all look so happy and healthy! These are quite the accomplishment!0

I didn't take really great "before" pictures, but here is *the* picture. The one that made me want to start losing weight
I was about 220lbs and probably a size 18 or 20. I refused to buy new jeans (huge mistake) so I'll never be sure what my biggest size was.
Here are more current pictures. Like I said, I haven't taken any really good progress photos in a while, so excuse how bad they are.
About 185 or 186, size 14/16
Same size, just showing off my awesome Queen sweater!0 -
okay: I started August 13th, 2013 shortly after this picture was taken of me (I was 234lbs, my heaviest ever)
so I worked hard and am now down to 167 in 35 weeks (-67 as of yesterday) We just took these pics yesterday at the same beach.
I still have more work to do but I am doing this.:drinker:0 -
