Still have a ways before truly getting lizard shredded this year, but I'm excited I get to push the bar
~170 in left, september 2013 just about end of cut

Sure it was essentially just a small reverse in cals into a full blown bulk, then started cutting in february at a better starting point
Routine was push/pull/rest/push/pull/legs/rest for the most part.. incorporating heavy compound lifts as the main source of progress
Followed flexible dieting

It's clear you work very hard! Your progress is great and you look fantastic.
