Overall disappointed with this week, i ran felt good, ate well and Nothing. I did loose .5 an inch on my hips, but it just doesn't seem worth it to not loose anything. I added more measurements for future progress.0 -

Where has April slipped off to? I can't believe today is the 18th!! Anyhoo...after a long weekend away this month where I gained 2 pounds, I've lost that again. Not going to hit my overly aggressive goal for April but still posting a loss and any loss is a good loss.

Motivation for me this week 1st, is encouragement from all my great mfp friends! My better half always keeps me going and kicks me in the tail ( not literally ) when I need motivation!! And my Dr for keeping me in check and up on what to do and not to do!!

A very emotional week, I reunited with my sister after 8 years. We have had turmoil in the past.

I feel like I'm doing pretty good but deal with water weight gain after excess sodium intake. I don't know that I'll hit my goal for the month, but I've seen weirder things happen.
