    Great to see that some people lost some weight this week!!! I, sadly, did not - but I feel like gaining one pound is managable -- I'm so on top of it this week!!!! I have one more family function to attend on Saturday and I'm going to really focus on portion control :)

    First of all, way to go everyone! I am super impressed! On the other hand, I didn't do so well. "Gained" 2.4 lbs but not really sure how much of that was actually gained or if it was just because I ate REALLY bad Saturday and Sunday and then weighed in this AM. Next week my goal is to be at 158.0. Might be a little ambitious but I am going to try!

I know I'm a bit late on the uptake, but I think a challenge is just what I need to keep myself motivated, especially what with next semester starting up in a bit. I've been plateaued around 142-138 for a few months now, but I know I can push through!

    Ok, I just found this topic and I'm SO excited! Finally a challenge that I can relate to (and hopefully complete)! I'm 21 and 5'3", I joined MFP a few weeks ago at 181 lbs. I've been doing pretty good with my diet so far but not so much with my exercise so hopefully this challenge will help to motivate me! My bf and I are taking a trip to ATL the Thursday before Valentine's Day for a late Christmas/early Valentine's present and I'd love to be down to 160 lbs by then so this is perfect for me!

    Hi guys! Even with Christmas, I had an excellent week of eating. I managed to lose the 4 pounds I gained last week and one additional pound to boot. I figure I have a net loss of one pound for the week. I know that leaves me only 3 pounds until V-Day but these three pounds have been the most difficult! It'll still be a challenge!

    Hi there, my name is Vanessa, I'm 26, I'm from Oregon. and my birthday is in february so this will be Perfect! I've lost a bunch of weight the last few years, but i've been slackin hard this last year. all of my friends/family here have lost motivation to lose weight, so it's harder to keep motivated.

    So I'm not doing all the great but I guess the upside is that I know why, I've been working a lot in the last week and havent had much of a chance to workout. That being said I should be especially watching my calorie intake but instead I keep losing my self control.....next week will be better!

    Totally stayed off the wagon again this week *sigh*. But last night I started "30 Day Shred", and my hubby and I, as of this morning, are doing yoga 3 days a week - hopefully I'll start to see some real results soon! Hope everyone else is happier with their progress than I am!

    well i gained 1.8... the bf and i went up into the woods with a bunch of friends and rented a cabin for new years. we all partied hard for 3 days. so there were 2 days of hangovers for me, which means i ate like crap! there are no excuses now, the holidays are over! time to get serious.
