Ran all 9.3 miles with the exception of .5 of a mile going up a bridge at mile 8.

32 lbs lost!! 5'8" started at 187lbs....
Lost the first 10 lbs training for a 5km but plateaued, started MFP and lost 22 lbs in 3.5 months! Now sitting at 155lbs (10 more to go!)
