Chin and chest to the ground, just ignore the belly.
Dont know if I can arch my back that much.

OK, I did 10, just about, but not in good form - I can't lower myself to horizontal upper arms yet. BUT I did real ones, not the knee pushups that I still do at the gym. A little longer yet and I can move on to real pushups everywhere.0

O.K., did 10 boy pushups! (not perfect form but better than I could do them 2 months ago!)
O.K., here's a mom tip too for those of you with kids. (I have 2 teen boys)
Several years ago a mom of 3 boys told me the perfect punishment. When they backtalk, sass you, use bad language or just misbehave, make them do pushups and situps. she swore it made them better athletes so we gave it a try. My kids have awesome upper body strength and amazing abs! (took them awhile to figure it out) So the title of your post made me chuckle a little bit because I have said that many, many , many times.0 -
