    I love these pictures, can't wait until I start seeing a difference. Every 20 pounds I lose I will start doing a comparison picture :)

    Well here's me. Around Christmas, I was about 297 pounds. I'm currently a shade under 253. Feels great to see progress. :)

    Here's me at my starting weight, and then again after I've lost 50 lbs. I feel the same way, I don't see myself as having lost the weight until I see side-by-side pictures. And then it makes me feel a little better!

    Love all of these pics! Interesting that everyone's eyes look bigger- which is great inspiration to me because mine are tiny due to my oversized cheeks. Only in week 2- but good to see even those that are a work in progress what a difference a few short months can make. Thanks for sharing!:love::love:

    This thread gives me a lot of inspiration. I get so down on myself sometimes when I look in the mirror and see my double chin. I've made progress but at the same time it feels like it will never go away.
