Went to a symposium and went and walked a mile between talks and cemetery walk

As of yesterday. No Cycling until I get into the shop and fix the tire that blew yesterday (hopefully this evening) Both goals are easily done at this point (walking will be the hardest at over 5km a day remaining but today alone will be 10-11 km and Saturday and Sunday the same leaving 3 or so a day easily done walking the dog

I like this idea of a challenge. However, my mountain bike and my knee are both out of commission at this time; the mountain bike is actually a wash and I can’t afford to replace it anytime soon. The knee is getting checked out today and I hope to be back to running on the beach within a month. I’m thinking once I’m back up and running maybe 5 miles a day twice a week for 40 miles a month.0

Been out with an minor injury. Walked two miles today. Want to ride bike and walk in the morning,but getting back into a routine again
