I've been on MFP for years, but this is my progress over the last three months with my trainer...
Oh, and I'm 45 years old, a mom of 2, and a cancer survivor. If I can do it, so can you...
*chokes up*
You've done incredibly well!1 -
Taken about 2 years apart ~30 lbs down
You look fantastic!! Well done1 -
6 months on MFP. Still a work in progress.
PS. If someone knows how to make the pic smaller, please do enlighten me

The photo on the right is my wife and I last Saturday before our son's wedding, the one on the left was taken about 4 weeks before we started our diets in January.
Wow! You look like a completely different person. :drinker:1 -
2 years, lost 60 pounds, pushing 60! Still more work to do. Lifting, running, working out, eating better.

In for this go around! Last Picture got cut off a little. Date is June 2013, weight is 195.
How tall are you?? I started at 310 and I thought I'd have to get down to 160ish to get rid of most of my fat. You looked like most of yours was gone at 195 in the middle pic. I'm 6'1".0 -
Not sure how to add photos but hopefully this works. 47 lbs gone! Long way to go but getting there:D Not sure where my final goal is yet... guess I will know when I get there. Don't like using what I am suppose to be due to having a bigger more muscular structure. Now hopefully I find a place where I am happy lol

I'm also 6'1. I have abnormally large legs, calves, and glutes though. Most people my height do need to get a fair bit lighter then me to get lean.0

Last year, just 4 months into to my weight loss, I interviewed for a new job (which I got). I went shopping for new outfits for the interview. I was happy that I could purchase size 16's in the women's dept. One year later, I have an opportunity to interview for a new position. Here is my outfit for my new interview. I'm very happy that my new dress is a size 10 in the misses dept. I have 13 lbs left to lose to meet my 100 lb goal.

Egads man, that's AMAZING!0 -
Consistent workout yes, clean eating, never! I eat foods I enjoy every day. Just look at my log and you'll see plenty of bacon, ice cream, and cookies. So long as you hit adequate amounts of protein and fats, and keep calories in check, you don't have to eat clean. In fact giving up on the ideas that types of foods matter and clean eating makes a difference was probably the biggest catalyst of my success. You need a diet you can stick to not just for a week or a few months. I can't go an entire lifetime never having things I enjoy so I found a way to have them everyday and still be healthy. That is how real change is actualized.13
