Oatmeal IS a protein source

Technically. It's got 15g (mine does anyway) per 300 calories. When compared to say...peanut butter, which has 10.5g per 300 calories it's a clear winner. It also has fiber, which I hear is cool.
Therefore I suggest we start pushing oatmeal as a protein source.

But then it's still inferior to a good chocolate chip cookie.0 -
BREAD IS A PROTEIN SOURCE!
Per 1 medium slice, it has 8g of protein per 185 calories. That's even more than oatmeal!
Bread is now the #1 source of protein!0 -

My math might be off but I think bread has 1g per 23 calories and oatmeal has 1 per 20 cals.
Oatmeal wins0 -
If I put my oatmeal in the blender with a raw chicken breast it is loaded with protein!0
