    I'm in, I want to lose 1stone before July 20th. My diet is up and down, perfect days followed by bad. Need consistency. Joined a gym want to try to go four times a week, currently reach two times. Need a support circle on here. Add me.x

    I also want to lose 20 before summer and it sounded like a lot but I found out I have surprisingly lost 6 by today!

    It will probably go slower in the weeks to come, but I have seen the light and am optimistic ;)
