Hello! MFP has me at 1230 but I find I still lose weight at 1400-1600 and do better so I'm comfortable hitting those numbers daily. I have around 80 lbs left to lose. Feel free to add me!0

Hi! I am aiming to eat 1400-1500 calories a day. I have been gone from MFP for a while, last time I lost on here was about two years ago and had me eating 1200 a day I lost a lot but gained back, was not maintainable for me. Happy to be back! Feel free to add me0

I eat between 1500-1700 a day/ I'm 220 trying to get under 200(first goal I'll reassess after that lol)0

I'm eating around 1400-1600 per day and not eating back exercise calories. I tried doing 1200 calls for a while and it sucked! After I lost about 15 pounds I gained it all back because I couldn't keep going at 1200. 1400-1600 is definitely more maintainable for me. You can friend me if you'd like0

To lose 1 lb per week, I was initially set at 1560 based on my activity level and weight. I readjusted today after losing about 20lbs and I'm now set at 1480. I guess I'll see how that works for me. Feel free to add me if you'd like!0

I originally was shooting for a 1.5lb loss per week and MFP has me at 1200 calories. I recently bumped it to 1lb per week loss at 1480 calories per day and I've actually had the weight drop off faster at the higher calorie level.0

my goal on mfp is 1440, and for the most part I find myself struggling to even net 1000, I do try eat good foods (although sweets and chocolate do find there way in) I exercise quite regularly 5-6 times a week, so while i can be eating up to my goal and on odd times over when I enter calories burned through my workout (calclated on my polar ft4) i have come under (although last weekend i managed to eat quite well) the weight is coming off sometimes its slow and at maybe 0.5lb a week, and other times i have a sudden drop in weight for instance i was 10st 9lb on the 1st, but on the 5th i was 10 st 4lb, i weighed myself on the 24th and was still 10st 4lb, but today i am 10st 2lb, these were all took on the same scale in my local boots store and at the same time.0

I'm vegetarian, fairly active (exercise 3x a week) and my calories are set at 1600. I'd be curious to see how everyone else at this range is doing.
When I do go over, it's usually because of avocados and olive oil (and wine!).

I am around 1400 calories most days. Not under that but sometimes up to 1500. I started at 195 and am currently at 185 and hoping to get to 130ish or 140. Waiting to get to 140 and then see how I feel. Anyone can add me.0
