99 pounds to drop (45KG). it is 1 minute at a time right now. I only joined an hour back and already overwhelmed by my daily digits of eating. serious overeating here. but today is a start of my journey. we can achieve this !0

I used MFP a couple of years ago and was quite successful. I fell (jumped?) off the wagon about 1.5 years ago. Just started back last week. I find MFP to be very helpful. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive.0 -

You can do it. It's nice to be able to focus on the smaller goals because the big picture can be daunting! I weigh 278.6 and want to lose over 100 lbs . I have been trying to stay away from the scale because it can really bring you down but it seems to have a magnet in it for me, lol. My diet is paleo-no processed sugar, salt,flour, or dairy. I've done we too but this diet just seems to be simpler. I admit I don't follow it perfectly though but I am still making progress.0
