    I'm in. I'm going for 100 miles. I do walk/jog and also run in place (I use a fitbit and will do that to get steps in).

    Ok, I really need some motivation to start ranning again. I'll go for 50k. Sounds HEAPS though.

    Thought I'd set myself a target for May. Aiming for 220 miles which is a mixture of trail and road. I'll hit around 190 this month so 220 is an achievable target for May

    If you have an iphone or ipod touch you can download a pedometer app that will track your miles. A lot of the apps are free.

    I've got a half marathon taper in May, but i'm trying to increase mileage the rest of the time, so I'm going to use 90 miles as my target for now. April didn't go so well for me since I was sick and unable to run for 10 days. Only at 60 miles with 2 runs left.

    I was a little short in April so hopefully I'll be better in May (should be as my long runs are getting longer).

    So, May target is going to be 80miles!!!!

    I am in. It's been a long time since I've run so I am setting a low number of 35. I am a little challenged regarding the ticker, so I will work on that tonight.

    I'm in - and going to go for a modest 40 miles since I have been trying to mix up my workouts more and don't have any long distance runs coming up the pike!


    Just like her. Many commitments so would be running 30 miles only in May. Things can go up hopefully! :)

    100 miles officially, but I would like to get 125 since I am technically done training for my half marathons until the fall and I can just run without training =)
