    -Make sure I eat enough fruits/vegetables
    -Don't eat like **** when my boyfriend comes back home and starts being a bad influence again.

    I'm late to this challenge, but there is still plenty of the month left.

    1. Cut out the remaining junk I still allow myself but don't need
    2. Get to the gym at least twice a week
    3. Exercise outside at least twice a week
    4. Continue to eat smaller portions

    Easter weekend sabotaged me and i can really only blame myself...up 1.4lbs :frown: :angry: :mad: :brokenheart: :sad:

    Goals this month: walk on lunch and either Leslie Sansone or Jillian Michaels 30DS every workday when i get home M-F ...Saturday or Sunday Walk outside for at least 45 minutes

    Cut down on alcohol...measure carefully in ounces anything i do drink...no sweets and no eating out

    Here's my stats so far:

    CW: 172.4
    GW: 130 but will adjust as needed
    Goals this month: Get into the 160s, limit my soda to once per week, exercise at 4 days a week 30 minutes a day. Start tracking my steps.

    4/15 - 170.1 - I actually can fit into some of my petite large shirts that were put in the back of my closet again :)
    4/22 - 168.4 - Hit my goal for April!! Woohoo!! I have limited my soda intake to about 2-3 a week from 2-3 a day. I haven't started tracking my steps because I need a better tracking device. My phone isn't cutting it.

    Hi I'm michelle. I'm up for the challenge. I could use the motivation. I have the mentality to hurry hurry hurry and I fall back into bad habits. I gained a whopping 22 pounds since Nov 20-something to my re-start of this journey. sad but true

    Wow, this is the 1st month I've blown it. Stress really does a number on you. Hopefully next month will be better since my sister is home from the hospital. She still needs home care though.

    Total weight lost: 8.8 - totally have stuck to my calorie goal, exercised a little more than normal, limited my soda to once per day. I haven't started tracking my steps because I need a better tracking device. Otherwise, I feel much better about myself already!
