Heyyyy!!! I made it! April was kinda rough on me. I stayed 204 for 2 weeks then added a pound (205) on the forth week. Then lost 5.2 pounds on the 5th week

Yes, that 7.8 lb. drop from 4/5-11 is real. I weighed myself 6 times on two scales. I'm not sure how I did it because I met my calorie goal of 1600/day, which works out to 7000 deficit or 2 lbs a week.0 -

Total weight lost: 2lbs and TOM so I will take my 2 pounds lost!
Was down to 112 and started lifting more and have gained 6 solid pounds bringing me to 118. I've recently put on another 10 and would like to lose these 10 plus 3 or so more pounds.
Being accountable and honest that I gained back my progress and had some serious binges for 7 days straight and feel like absolute **** but I will not give up, need to dust myself off and try again. it's only 10 pounds I can do this.
Hopefully by this Saturday I will be back at 126 and hopefully by the 30th 124 at least. It's possible..
Lost a total of 2 pounds but with TOM it may have been more but either way it's a start 8 more to go. GOOD JOB EVERYONE! is there a May challenge?? I shall search...0 -
