Insanity - Plyometric Cardio Circuit - Leg Pain

I was doing the workout (I'm on day 10) and then after the workout after my adrenaline came down start feeling a sharp pain in my left leg. I started to massage it and noticed it was a really small area in my leg. I'm not sure if I should go for tomorrow which is Cardio recovery (A lot of lunges and squats I think) or stop for a day and wait till it stops. It feels like I landed on my leg way too hard during a certain workout. I can still walk fine but I'm scared I might cause some kind of injury.

If you're feeling sharp pain, then definitely stop. If it continues I would recommend checking with your doctor.0
