I'm in for this month...now that my sprained ankle is mostly (almost) healed. The ortho cleared me for low impact exercise. I think 5 lbs is more of a realistic goal than 10 lbs like some of the other groups.

2 years ago I lost 59 pounds. I've inched up 9 pounds since then and have a little more that I have wanted to lose but got complacent and off track. This challenge is a great way to get back on track and jump start my weight loss!
