    1st 30 mins horse riding, 20 mins 30DS: total 50 mins
    2nd 60 mins cycling: 110 mins

    I'm in! Hit the mark last month by including 'other exercise type stuff'. Aiming to have 1440 min actually worked out this month. May 2 35 min walk.

    Thank you so much for updating us. So glad your heart is in good shape too! The port makes things so much easier than in the olden days when they had to stick you every time. My friend is almost done with hers and you'll be there soon too, although it will probably feel like a long time, it does pass. So impressed that you're continuing to work out!

    This is such a neat idea! I always do better when there's a challenge or goal, and when there are other people participating.
