    You can add me. I am at 1510 but usually net lower than that after exercise. It just depends.

    I'm about 1/3 way to my goal and wanted to reevaluate my calorie and macronutriet goals.

    6'0 M
    Current weight: 221lb
    Goal weight: 180lb
    Sedentary activity level
    5 workouts/week at 60min/workout (cardio)
    Goal: Lose 2lb/week

    These are the goals MPF gives:

    Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
    1,460 183 49 73 2,300 55

    Scooby's gives:

    With exercise:

    1846 BMR
    2861 TDEE
    2289 Daily goal

    With No exercise:

    1846 BMR
    2215 TDEE
    1772 Daily goal (which is higher than the 1,460 MPF gives)

    Do the MPF numbers seem reasonable?

    Your numbers are reasonable but the closer you get to target you may want to adjust the goal section from 2 pounds to a less aggressive weekly goal. Best of luck.

    Yeah I'm going to go to 1.0 lb/week once I reach my halfway point.

    For today this is where I ended. I know a bit too high on the sodium.

    My goal is currently just over 1600 a day. I eat back enough exercise calories to get over 1200 net. I also stay aware of the fact that I can add an extra 500 if needed and still lose weight (I don't often). So far only one week of struggle and I was on vacation. Best of luck to you and your goals.
