It's time to debate something really important

I'm sick of the clean food versus anything within macros, paleo versus grains and vegans versus the world debates. Let's talk about something important - barbecue! Almost every region of the country has its version of barbecue - St. Louis, Texas, Memphis. Heck, North Carolina fights over Eastern version Western versions. I have traveled many parts of North America and I have not found a barbecue I do not like. However, sadly for the rest, none come close to good old Georgia barbecue. We even have the best barbecue stew names after one of our cities - Brunswick stew.

So, what is your favorite barbecue?

Texas-style, all the way. Everything else ain't worth eating, in my opinion. That vinegar "sauce" folks use in Carolina? Oh, my Lord. I feel sorry for folks who have to eat that stuff.

Let the flaming commence! (hold on for a sec, y'all, and let me grab a brisket to put on those flames)

South Carolina girl here. The best barbeque is pulled smoked pork with spicy mustard sauce. Sooooo delicious.

    Now I want barbeque.

I like it sweet and Smokey. Vinegar is for slaw.

This may or may not be true, but for me, meat is just a vehicle for what I can put on it.
