    That is so great, Banks!!!! I think the cert will be a super accomplishment and I'm so glad you already feel validated for all that you do know!!!! I love that you are going to keep going and plan to get the nutrition piece, too!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

    However, what I want to know is WHEN are going to add one more thing??? I saw some of your posts time-stamped for 3 or 4 in the morning???? Do you sleep??? Is there a section on relaxation in the ACE literature??? LOL!

    I think that is great. I have a long long way to go b4 i could even think of anything of that magnitude. For today i just want to do the 1 mile walk and swimming. I am on day three of MFP and it is helping. I finally got up off my butt last night and did some exercise and I am gonna gradually increase a little everyday. Wishing u great success in your training:happy:
