PYB: Post your breakfast!

Options
I thought it'd be a fun idea to post what we're having for breakfast, especially to see each others' healthy/not-so-healthy breakfasts

This morning i had 2 egg whites with chopped & cooked onion, red bell pepper, and white mushroom; seasoned with oregano, tabasco sauce, and ground black pepper!
i also had a plum and some black pekoe tea!

1 cup of mixed fresh fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, mango, grapes
    2 cups of black coffee
1 banana if I'm hungry after the fruit bowl.

For a while I was eating pre-made frittatas that I whipped up one Sunday afternoon. I'm not very hungry this morning because I'm a little hungover from a late brunch yesterday (yikes).

I had 1 cup of coffee with light cream and sugar, a bowl of 3/4 c quick oats, with 1 Tbsp brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. I used to put a lot more sweetener in both, but have already cut it back by half. I will keep whittling it down until it is half as much again...

I had 2 eggs scrambled with fresh sausage and spinach. I also had a buttered mini cinnamon raisin bagel with a cup of coffee that had Dark Chocolate Sensations hot chocolate mix in it.

Very shortly after that, I drank a smoothie made with Peach Mango V-8 fusions, spinach, peaches, strawberries, and vanilla Greek yogurt.

I eat a lot for breakfast, but I also swam this morning.

I'm on a smoothie kick since I got my Ninja blender. This morning:

    1 frozen banana
    handful of strawberries
    handful of blueberries
1 scoop Vega powder (berry today)
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tbsp shredded coconut

I had been putting spinach and/or beets in them as well but just ran out of both.

ive tried enjoying smoothies as meals but i just feel like i'm having something to drink. i know it's considered an actual meal but with something so liquid-y i always want something solid! :P

I stumbled across this on tumblr and now it's one of my faves. I leave it in for a couple minutes though, but I think that's just my oven running a little cold.
