    Drumline girl-that sounds like a great workout schedule---unfortunetley I do not have time to do a 75 min cardio during the week but plan to run 80+ min on Saturday! Good luck with these goals!

    Fitnewlife-sorry to hear about your foot surgery. Good luck with that and please come back and join in when you are ready.

    How's the water challenge going? I think I am on 5th now....need 5 more!!!

    I will post the first spread sheet tonight!!!

    I'm keeping up with the water challange, my work out plan is almost all cardio.
    My personal goal for this year is to run 1000 miles. I got the first 5 in yesterday, and plan on doing the next 5 tonight. I'm pretty slow still, so that's about 65-70 min of cardio each. My goal is to have 20 miles in by Friday :)

    fitnewlife~ total bummer, but hopefully it will solve your problems and you'll be back at it soon :)

    Our group lost over 140 pounds in our end of year challange, I can't wait to see how far we come in this one!

    For the challenges that I posted above: we can change that to now through sunday, as some people do more work outs during, the week, and others do them during the weekend.

    I did 15 minutes of cardio (I didn't last long after my mega workout yesterday!), and did an upper body resistance training workout with resistance tubes.

    Starting weight 143.6
    Goal for 2/14 - 138.6

    if you want your weight updated on the chart, you have to post it in this thread.
    if you want to be added to the chart I need the weight you would like me to post as your starting weight for this challenge, and the goal weight you would like to reach by Valentine's day

    margie, the chart looks great. I can't wait to see the number go down once and for all. I can't keep losing and gaining the same weight over and over again. This support group is just what I need to get on track and stay there.

    Doesn't the Biggest Loser start again tonight? If so, anyone want to join in on a cardio commercial challenge? I usually try to do cardio during every commercial during the show. I log it on a sheet of paper and then log in on here, in total time. I believe a 1 hr show is about 25 minutes of commercials so 2 hrs is almost 1 hr of cardio! I just do whatever exercises I want, jumping jacks, push up jacks, jog in place, bicycle crunches, push ups, ok so there is some strength in it as well. :) Anyone up for the challenge?

    This water challenge is harder than I though. The cup I use at work is only 1.75 cups, I thought it was 2! I've been short watering myself.

    Thanks Margie! I try to get in extra cardio where I can. At least then I feel like I am doing something, even when my fav shows are on! Gotta get back into this routine so I can start losing again!

    I'm trying to chug my water. I "forget" to drink during the day so this challenge is definitely good motivation for me. Hopefully, I will get my workout in tonight, if I'm not at work until 8:30 again. Otherwise, I'm up for commercial cardio!
