Totally stayed off the wagon again this week *sigh*. But last night I started "30 Day Shred", and my hubby and I, as of this morning, are doing yoga 3 days a week - hopefully I'll start to see some real results soon! Hope everyone else is happier with their progress than I am!

Well the holidays finally caught up with me, New Year's must have been the straw that broke the camel's back because I gained this week. well i gained 1.8... the bf and i went up into the woods with a bunch of friends and rented a cabin for new years. we all partied hard for 3 days. so there were 2 days of hangovers for me, which means i ate like crap! there are no excuses now, the holidays are over! time to get serious.0

Kinda looks like most of us have struggled so far in this challenge. For those of you who haven't I am super jealous but also am super happy for you, nice work! For those of you in the same boat as me, lets get our act together and kick this challenges butt! (FYI I am saying this after sitting in my bed watching The Bachelor and eating ice cream out of the carton grrrr....! Dumb dumb dumb! Monday is when I go back to school and I will be swamped so I wanted to go ahead and do this now! I'm 22 and for the first time in a while I have a boyfriend and I'm hoping that this vday will be special I just got my wisdom teeth taken out thursday and since then I haven't been able to eat very much... as a result I have lost six pounds this week! That's two pounds per tooth (yeah I only had three lol)!! I know of course you can't keep losing like that but I'm really hoping it atleast stays off! I love being in the LOW 170's!!

Lost 1 pound this week, almost back to my pre-holiday weight. I booked a trip to FL this weekend. I leave 9 weeks from yesterday so I am hoping to lose 2 lbs per week until then!
