Once more with feeling, shall we?
I haven't had much success with this, but I'm willing to give it another go (try?).
I thought I couldn't do my walk anymore, since I'm used to it and I'm not losing weight anymore. I spoke to a dietician in my nutritionist's office who is also a personal trainer.
She gave me another way to do my walk. Now that the warmer weather has finally arrived, once the pool opens I'll be there as well.
I've been sick for a couple of week, but I'm finally starting to feel better.0 -
