Question - Water

Hi All - Can somebody please tell me basically how many glasses of water there is in 1 Litre.? I'm drinking about 4.5 Litres of water a day, due to the heat and dehydration factor more than anything else but I'd just like to add it to my records.

    One litre is about 33 ounces or 4 of your 8oz glasses.

    yep 1 glass = 250ml ish so 4

    I learned in a nutrition class that the eight -8oz glasses is a guide ...we should be drinking half our body weight in oz everyday!!

    Its ALOT of water =) 1 liter is about 4 cups.
