Harford County! I'm doing a lot of cycling and actually would like to gain a few pounds (gonna have to hit the weights to do it!). I commute to work on my bike and ride about 20 miles a day. Right now, just doing pushups situps and pullups, but I'm going to add a few more things tomorrow.

I live in Northern Baltimore County and I do a lot of the classes my gym has like Boot Camp, kickboxing, and TRX & Kettle bells. I try to combine weights and cardio when I have the time. If you live anywhere near the NCR trail its great for those nice days when you want to get outside and do some cardio!

Not really a diet, but do try to stay within my calorie limits, and eat healthy. Exercise program changes throughout the year. Summer is 2 to 3 days a week bicycling at least 20 miles each ride, 2 days a week running 3 to 4 miles with intervals, and if time permits strength training once a week. I mix it up so it doesn't get boring. The fall and winter months include more strength training .

I was born in DC, but lived in PG County MD most of my life, been living in ATL for the past 8 years -- miss the fresh seafood, especially crabs from the eastern shore.
