Size fits my weight weights
Hi ... recently I realized more and decided I wanted to strengthen muscles
and not just lose pounds, how do i know how much weight should I lift?

You will have to try a few different weights to see what you can handle.
When I started I was on an 8 - 12 rep range, if you cant do 8 reps then the weight is too heavy, if you can do more than 12 easily then the weight is too light. Adjust from there.0 -

you should struggle on rep 7 8 9 and maybe not even get 100
