Another tacos night in Canada, because when life gives you corn tortillas, you got to make tacos with it, no?
I marinated the flank steak in paste made with guajillo and ancho pepper, onion, cilantro and allspice berries, and then grilled it on the charcoal. With all the fixins, it was some pretty yummy tacos.

Not the fanciest or prettiest dinner but definately one of the tastiest. Braised short ribs with orzo. Don't mind the poor neglected puppy eyeballing my dinner.

i made pizza for breakfast. salsa as the base, then baked tofu, veggie breakfast sausage, habanero cheddar, and cilantro and the toppings. 140 calories per slice and really filling.

Wow! I don't even know what most of this food is! I don't like "meals" per say. I'm more of a bagel thin with lowfat cream cheese, bowl of cheerios kinda gal. IF I do actually make some real food it's usually a chicken breast and veges.
Breakfast is usually a protein bar. Lunch is a protein shake. Yogurt and fruit for snacks.0 -
