      I didn't think much about a difference until this thread, so I decided to see what my progress was. I'm kind of in a rut right now...I am feeling like that 305lbs girl even though I know I'm not.

      I have to say, this helps a little.

      I started at 240 mad am currently at 205. I am excited about being under 200 soon and can just now see some changes in myself.
