Once upon a time I was 135 pounds; this was about 4-5 years ago, fresh out of the Navy, at my lowest weight.

    Thank you for serving.

Thanks for sharing! What an eye opener! You have tone that just won't stop! If you stop working out (lets say to have a baby), how long will it last? Do you have to keep it up constently? Forever?

I love how proud you sound. I think I may love that even a bit more that the actual results themselves.

Well fitness is something that you have to work to keep, yes. You can work to become a fast runner or to build endurance, for example, but if you stop running you'll eventually lose that conditioning.

Damn right this could be your story. I'm not extraordinary or anything or even that impressive: I'm just aware of what I want and willing to work for it. Anyone willing to work will see results, and that's the honest truth.

It's the only diet I believe in. ...Well okay that and the moderate deficit diet one.

What lifting program do you follow?

I follow Stronglifts 5x5, with added accessory work, so upper/lower split, 3 days a week.

Its true! I have dropped sizes and unfortunately gained weight lately :( but I would rather be heavy and small than bigger but lighter! Its crazy but heavy lifting does work! Congrats!!!
