    I am willing to bet that a good portion of the drop this morning was from sleeping in for the first time all week and being horribly dehydrated. either way, it worked beautifully.
    this week was rough, trying to finish projects for finals and all sorts of things like applying to a multitude of jobs - but I am happy with the end result, and only have two more finals to go next week. <3

    edited to say: this is my official 60 lbs down on mfp, 70 lbs down overall. I'm in territory I haven't seen since I was in middle school. it's weird, but my ticker looks pretty good. :glasses:

    My healthy living progress this week was in drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day this week. It felt great!

    No change. Just can't seem to kick start the weight losses again.

    I am planning to keep working on the exercise. As my ankle improves I should be able to do a little more each time.

    I have reset my weight loss goal to 1.5 a week from 1. But I am going to the gym a few times a week so I really hope to get the goal this month. I can't remember the last time I was in the 130's!!!! Maybe last February briefly.
