It's a good habit to count our blessings and look back on the awesome results you've had since starting MFP. How many sizes did you move down? How often do you get compliments now? Were you finally able to cut back on maintenance medicine? Write the best 3!

I'll start:
1) My knees don't hurt anymore when I hike.
2) The compliments definitely upped my confidence.
3) I don't feel as hot and sweaty and tired as before!

With you on number 3... but I'll add:

1.) Increased range of movement and energy (combined with light stretching/yoga)
    2.) Decreased appetite and cravings
3.) Dropped 2 'sizes', from XXL to L and got to go out and buy all new tight fitting clothes and am willing to wear just a t-shirt when I gout out, instead of hiding in XXL shirts and hoodies.

I have dropped to a UK size 8 (US size 4) from a UK size 16/18 (US size 12/14).
I am the fittest I have been in 25 yrs.
I have managed to shed some of the emotional baggage that led to me getting fat in the first place :)

    1) I think my skin looks better -- smoother, softer, more even. It could just be that I'm happier, though, and liking myself better now that I'm working on myself.
    2) I'm happier. I feel good about what I'm doing for my body and the endorphins from the exercise are really making me feel great.
    3) I'm getting to the point with my fitness where being active helps me de-stress. I am SO excited to try my new strength exercises today when I get home from work today.

I think, in general, I am a data-driven person and I have never had an eating and exercising plan that was based on data before. I am enjoying myself so much more than I did 6 weeks ago because I have a goal and have measurable ways of achieving that goal.

People call me "little"...I've never been considered little except as a child
