Shakeology Fans Please Reply

Hello all. I am starting a 90 challenge in may and it comes with a 30 day supply of Shakeology. My BB coach said I can drink it as an MRP or even as a snack. I would like to have as much success as I can so I am wondering how you guys are drinking it and what your success has been...as a MRP for breakfast, lunch,dinner or as a after workout snack etc. Thanks so much in advance for your responses.

    Assuming that your total daily calories and macros will be unaffected, it doesn't matter when you drink it.
  • I prefer to use it as a meal replacement for breakfast, the vitamins and minerals will give you an energy boost, and I like to save calories early in the day!

    Drink it when you want it! Meal timing is basically irrelevant.
