Does this sound right for calories based on TDEE?

Ok so my stats now are
5' 5.5"
172.2
37

I did a TDEE calculator and putting my stats and moderately active since I typically work out 4-5 days a week on top of everything else it says my BMR is 1532 and my TDEE is 2375 and I reduced the TDEE by 20% and that total is 1900 calories. Does that sound about right? And with that I don't log any exercise since with the TDEE it is already accounted for correct? I did the guided on here and put moderate for my activity level and it gave me 1850.

So am I figuring this out right?

Thanks!

from http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ that looks exactly right! Don't log your exercise (or if you want to, i like to, put in 1 calorie burned no matter how many minutes you performed it for). I would give yourself 4-6 weeks of eating like this (make sure you log everything) and then adjust based on how much you are actually losing!

That is really good advice, I might try that for myself :)

Sounds about right. Also, instead of the guided, you can select the other option...whatever it's called, and actually enter the 1900 cals.
