Mid-morning snack.
Black forest smoked turkey breast + cottage cheese + japanese sesame dressing + 4 kinds of pepper.

My very own breakfast pizza: whole wheat pita, tomato sauce with eggplants + guanciale + leftover roasted pork + grilled chicken breast + red bell pepper, green onions and spinach, low fat mozzarella and a scrumptious sunny side up egg.

I made some jerk chicken tonight. Grilled on charcoal, crispy, spicy and juicy.
I served it traditional way, with rice and peas and a baked sweet potato (with a touch of labneh).

This morning snack: 2 tbsp hummus, 75g of baby carrots and 8 Stacy's pretzel thins.
Lunch (that was yesterday dinner): quesadilla made with leftover smoked baby back ribs and red beans with a side of roasted asparagus.
Dinner: organic pasta with spicy shrimps and veggies.

Roast lamb, caesar salad/avocado, eggplant and potatoes.
Steak with a brown sugar/paprika rub, peas/spinach and potatoes.

Deevaa: do you reheat slow cooked steak at all? Or eat cold or only fresh? I've been doing 1kg or so at a time and eating over the course of a day. Cold and reheated both taste great I reckon.

It's our "national" meal here in Quebec. An healthy mixture (lol) of french fries and cheese curd smoothered in gravy. This is the plain old version, but restaurants add a lot of different toppings: bacon, chicken and peas, frankfurter... It's good, but pretty killer!0 -
