What's the one thing you learned about making your goal weight..

I can be 18% body fat at 175 or 18% body fat at 155.
Why would I ever want to be less than I could be?0 -
It does NOT happen over night and water weight is an enemy so measure your progress in inches not the scale :bigsmile:0
