For me its "The Climb" by Hannah Montana ( Miley Cyrus). I am going through a struggle health wise ( bad back issue) and struggling to workout and i had to backslide quite a bit from where i was and when i heard this song ( as i was on the bike) i started to cry. It fit me to a T. I listen to it at the beginning and the end of all my workouts now to remind myself i will get there again and have faith in myself.0
