    K ladies - I am in ...for today 30min walk ( at lunch) - check & at home - if treadmill is in place than 45min if not then Shred 30 DVD - .....

    How fun i really hope i can do this :)

    Yesterday exercise was just some basic aerobic while watching the biggest loser. I excercised for thirty minutes and burned 315 calories.

    Yesterday I worked out for 89 minutes (zumba and cardio circuit)
    Today I worked out for 45 mins (butt and gut class, and cardio circuit)

    I'm in. This would actually be my third day of straight exercise.

    Day 1 (Tuesday) - I did 20 minute workout on Comcast Excercise TV. Something called Cardio Slimdown with Leslie Sansone.
    Day 2 (Wednesday) - in the AM i did the same Cardio Slimdown workout but after work I also did 10-minute jog, 10-minute super hula and 10-minute advanced step on my Wii.
    Day 3 (Today) - I started my morning with the Cardio Slimdown. When I get home, it is my plan to another 10-minute each Wii jog, hula and step.

    I will admit that I almost didn't get out of my bed to do the workout this morning so this extra motivation will be great.

    Yesterday I was only able to fit in my 30 min walk and burned 218 cal. But today I will do much better already got my thirty min walk in at 228 cal now to go home and see what else I can do!!

    The Firm Fat-burning Tone 300 Cal 35 min
    I walk around at work - actually funny because for me to pee i have to run downstairs and thru a warehouse so between that and walking around at lunch and stuff I can log WALKING 340 cal for the day

    Good job everyone let's keep it up only 18 more days to go :flowerforyou:

    Today so far a brisk walk for 20 minutes 278 calories!!

    Yesterday I only ending up with my four miles of walking and burning 957 calories. I have started this morning out with two miles and somewhere about 445 calories. Hopefully I will get two more in at lunch and then workout this evening!!
