Hello all,

I'm a newbie checking in. My employer is starting a 12 week weight loss contest on 1/10. I'm excited --but have concerns about what would be good filler foods to munch on during the day?

Any suggestions?

    My list of go to's are: carrot sticks, grapes, string cheese. Good Luck. You'll like the site.
  • string cheese, almonds, raw veggies i especially like red and yellow peppers, brocolli, califlouer with a *very little amount of low fat veggie dip, jello.
  • Carrots and grapes are on my list as well. Another is Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal (dry)...organic and very high in fiber. Other things I tend to munch on that keep me satisfied are roasted, unsalted almonds and celery. Hope this helps!
