Boy am I glad I'm not the only one! For my height, 5' even, my 'healthy weight range is 97lb-137lbs. :grumble:0

I'm 4'10" (Well that's what it says on my license anyway. I may have rounded up. )
My first goal weight is 115, and then I'll reevaluate from there.

I'm 5'5, The Body Mass Index says I'm 80 lbs over weight. I don't really care about being 140 lbs that's not really my goal. I just want to feel good in my own skin what ever number that will be then that will be my goal.0

5'2 here. hit 120 recently due to some medication i was on, down to around 117, my normal is 110 and id like to reach that again. Please feel free to add me, OP and anyone else on here!0

I'm 5' 4" starting weight 210. I'm now down to 166. Although when I went to my moms today I weighed myself on her scale and it said I was 163. I might need a new scale. Anyway, My goal weight is 125. I'd like to reach my goal by the end of October. Feel free to add me0

I'm 5'1" and weigh between 120 and 123 - depending on water weight and all that. I've pretty much reached my goal but working on toning and cutting some of the gut. When I was young, the gut wouldn't have been an issue at this weight. But at 70, it's not easy to tear it down to size. Keep up the work. It's worth it. I started at 164 and joined MFP at 147.0

I'm 5'3" I started at 186. My current weight is about 157.5.
My first goal weight is 140, I want to see how I feel there. The smallest I would want to be is 130, I will probably end up around 136. I have a medium frame.
My husband is 6'5" and he gains weight so well, I'm only a little jealous.0 -
I'm 5'4, and was at my most fit at 145 lbs (and in the military). Got out, gained a bunch of weight and KEPT it on for years. NOW, I weigh about 147, but am no where near as fit as I was all those years ago.

Hey there! Currently 5 feet 3 inches and breaking the scales at 280lbs atm. :sick:
I got that big around from a mix of not being active, having a very bad diet, depression and thyroid issues. Seeing as the 3rd and 4th issues are mostly gone or taken care of, I'm trying to shed oh... around 150 lbs. I'm trying my best to get more active, but what is a "light" work out for many is a grueling slog for me. Need to work up that endurance! :mad:0 -

In that awkward spot between 5'3-5'4... I believe it's called 5'3.5. Started last week at 256, am now 252 and working towards the tippy top of my healthy BMI- 143... I totally hear you though, about wishing you were taller! It certainly disguises some of the chub Maintenance is going to be such a killer when I finally get there...0
