Oooh I do love to post my success pictures! I'm 5'4" and currently maintaining at between 134-136 pounds. It took about 4 months to lose 30 pounds. I think I may lose a bit more weight and get down into the 120's, but for now I'm taking a little break.
Sorry about the poor quality photo. These were taken on my very old laptop lol0 -
I'm still working at it I'm 10lbs away from my first progress pics, but I'm 257lbs down from 277 in 8 weeks.
My non scale victories at the gym include:
Bench press work out weight 3 sets 15 reps
Started: 60lbs
Currently: 170lbs
Treadmill:
Started: walking 3.0mph 20mins
Currently: walking 3.0mph 12mins, running 5.2mph 8mins
Days with trainer:
Start: ready to vomit after 15mins
Currently: complete the hour proudly
Non scale victories at home:
I can go outside and play with the dog, and not lose my breath, The house is finally staying clean, the lawn is maintained, and my fridge/cabinets make sense again lol.0 -

You are awesome. How did you do it? What challenges did you face and did you have to deal with loose skin?0 -
Hi!
I started 8/1/11, and just worked my butt off at the gym, and ate better. MFP has been the biggest help for me to get where I am today. I logged it, stuck with it, and just didn't give up!
I did a lot of things, Zumba, Spin, Weights, jogged about 6 5K's, jog/walk briskly outside, Arc Trainer at the gym, and I started with the elliptical at the gym.
I started at 237 lbs, I am 5'3". I have lost 113 lbs so far and am now 123 lbs and 43 years old. The "after" pics were taken this past week.

At the time of the photo, I was on 24 hour a day oxygen, couldn't walk more than a block, if that. Now I can put in miles a day, not as many as I want to, but it is still a work in progress.0 -
