OMG, so glad to have found other bikers. My husband and I are training for a 2016 cross country ride from California to Maine. We do between 12 and 20 miles during the week and longer runs on the weekends. We have done one Century ride early on in our biking career, took us four days to recover, LOL. Love biking so much!! May total so far is 345 miles. Going out for 20 miles today. Riding now at approximately 16 - 17 mph (remember a day when I thought 6 mph was awesome, now 14 mph seems too slow). Please, add me as a friend. I have about 92 pounds more to lose, but love talking about biking.0
