My 30DS results

I wanted to share my 30DS results with you all. It actually took me 43 days. Some days I would cycle instead of 30DS or play rec softball. I rarely took an actual rest day but when I did I needed it. 30DS wasn't easy. The first few times I tried to start this program i would get halfway into level 1 day 1 and almost die. I felt like i wanted to throw up at the end of it. Finally I just decided to stop being a wuss and go at it 100% and stick with it
1st picture is actually after 1 week of doing 30DS and the 2nd picture is after completing it.I regret not properly measuring from day 1 but as i'm about to do T25 I will be more precise on my measurements.
Results = Loss of 10.2lbs and over 9 inches in my upper body. My legs probably saw the greatest results.
After 1 week
After completing 43DS
I have lost 34 lbs since the end of January and I will continue to push myself to be better than ever before.
PS ignore the large amounts of hair

MFP201- I aim for 2100 cals a day and eat back about 1/4 of my excersise calories. My macros are set at 45% protein 30% fat and 25% carbs. I used the IIFYM method to determine my needs.0

What is the IIFM method and MFP201?
Amazing difference with just 9lbs difference in pics. And by the way, the hair is attractive to some.0 -

I use the site below to determine my calorie intake based on my activity levels then tweak my macros from there as I like to eat a bit less carbs than it recommends.
