Does anyone with a hrm use the fitstar app, just wanted to know if it burns as much as they say ???

I don't know if it burns exactly what they say, but suspect it is a fair assessment. They, of course, are not watching you, so the amount of intensity you put into the workout could be different than the calories they report. The subscription tracks are very dynamic and depending on what level you are at with different body areas (arms, legs, core, back, etc), it will adjust the difficulty and length of the workouts to meet your ability. The exercises vary from workout to workout, which keeps it interesting. I love it. After each exercise it asks you to enter how long you did it or how many reps you completed, and adjusts your level based on how well you did. Hope that helps.0
