    Hey Walkers
    Getting a super late start but I don't want to wait until June to begin!! Since this is a continuation thread I hope it's not too late!!
    Count me in ; my goal is 3 miles/ day. I''m using a walking DVD Leslie sansone - it has some interval segments in each mile. There are 5 days left of the month which means I can get in 15 miles for May if I start tomorrow.

    That's 15 miles more than I did last month :wink:

    Wow! I have been getting a lot of steps walking around my private island, and by island I mean the counter in the center of my kitchen, and by private I mean that I usually have one or two children following me chatting it up. I love my pedometer, it really makes me get up and get those steps in.
