    MFP201- I aim for 2100 cals a day and eat back about 1/4 of my excersise calories. My macros are set at 45% protein 30% fat and 25% carbs. I used the IIFYM method to determine my needs.

    What is the IIFM method and MFP201?

    Amazing difference with just 9lbs difference in pics. And by the way, the hair is attractive to some.

    Wow great results. The changes are really obvious in your face and abdomen area. Today is day 12 for me on 30ds

    I use the site below to determine my calorie intake based on my activity levels then tweak my macros from there as I like to eat a bit less carbs than it recommends.

    I used 4lb, 10lb, and 20lb dumbbells. The 20lb I only used for one workout though.

    Starting 30DS tonight. I have done it before and love how quick, yet effective it can be. I've been back here for 2 days. Had a great weekend and feeling motivated!
