    I took a 10 minute walk to the local shop for a Kinder egg. Not one of my better days.

    made a homemade oven baked apple pancake, finished the laundry, did some gardening, cleaned the bathroom, kitchen and living room and my bedroom, ate some cheese cake, had a tiff with my husband, took care of my nephew, sat on the couch, made lunch and dinner now gonna have a bath and read some smutty romance book...

    todays my off day, just went to the driving range with my wife and hit some balls, then we rode our bicycles for a little over 3 miles.

    35 min on the elliptical, 50 min of walking outside with my son.

    Also, cooked breakfast and lunch, cleaned the house, did laundry, and chased a toddler around.

    nothing....lazy day of watch TV, surfing the net, and drinking some vodka mixed with flavored sparkling water.
    I am thinking about walking to the store to buy more flavored water lol it would be about 20-30 minutes round trip.

    Walked for 15 minutes (total) on the hill at my dads house, weed wacked a crap ton of weeds with manual shears. That's about it. Possibly doing a 30 minute workout video after being ashamed of this haha.

    Stayed in bed till noon hoping my gastrocnemius would forgive me for yesterday. Went to the grocery store, changed my lunch plan like 3-4 times, did the same load of laundry a second time, sat around with my foot up. Visiting my mom tonight, so I know I'll be over my calorie target today, but I think I got off pretty easy overall. I'm hoping I can get caught back up tomorrow.

    ran a 5k, now im going to go work on an automotive assembly line for 10.5 hrs, which includes about 5-6 miles of walking just doing my job.
  • Had a gym session with a trainer! Did some cycling and running and a bunch of strength training exercises. We went through the program I will be doing on my own, and oh my, I'm in for a fun summer.
